Shipping and handling for U.S. orders is 10% of your order total, with a $6.00 minimum — shown as Standard Shipping at checkout. It is available to every U.S. address, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Canadian and all other international orders are 20% of the order total with a $20.00 minimum; customs, duties, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. Yes — we ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, call (440) 834-1105 and we will help you place the order.

Yes. Before your books ship, please make sure the school will be open to receive the delivery — orders returned because a school was closed incur an additional shipping charge for redelivery.

Yes. Email your purchase order to admin@maryruthbooks.com, or order online: add books to your cart, enter your PO number in the cart's Purchase order number field, and choose Purchase Order as your payment method at checkout. You can also fax your order to (800) 951-4077 or send it by mail.

We collect sales tax only on orders shipped within California. California customers with tax-exempt status can provide their exemption number when ordering. Our Tax ID and W-9 are available on the Ordering & Shipping page for vendor setup.

Our books span reading levels A–M for beginning and early readers, and our tutoring sets are organized by intervention levels 1–20. Every level has its own collection page — start at All Titles or browse by level from the Shop menu.

Yes. Every title has a free downloadable lesson plan and running record on its product page, and our activity pages offer free printable activities by theme.

A 6-Pack is six copies of the same title — ideal for small-group reading. Sets contain multiple different titles: a Single-Copy Set includes one copy of each book in the set, and a 6-Pack Set includes six copies of each.

Yes — the eBook Membership includes all 75 eBook titles (reading levels A–I) in our page-turning online reader, with one teacher login and up to 30 students reading at once, for 12 months. It is currently $120 per year and never auto-renews — see the eBook Membership page for details.

Go to Your eBook Library and log in with the email address you used at checkout. Students join with their teacher's classroom link or class code.
